MLS Fantasy Boss Round 3 Team

MLS Fantasy Boss Round 3 Team

You’ve read all the advice from the MLS Experts, you’ve chatted with other managers here at MLS Fantasy Boss, and you lurked around /r/FantasyMLS to get a heads up on all new developments. Now it’s time to sit back and relax and enjoy!

I had an above average showing in Round 2. My defense did not come through quite like I hoped, the Fluke with Deric was a blow, and Davis and Keane let me down. There were definitely a lot of thing I wanted to do to my team for Round 3, but I thought it was very important to wait until the very end to have all the information. I’m glad I did too because of all the late injury rumors and call up announcements.

Keepers

I know Deric had a rough time last round, but look at it this way, the only team able to score in Houston so far…is Houston! LA will be a tough game, but I don’t plan to make a cahnge before a DGW.

Defenders

I almost made a lot of changes here with rumors or a Kah no show, Opara injury status, and Ramos illnessbut in the end, I decided that I was going to roll the dice on a bunch of these guys and see if my switcharoo option would hold out. Dia could make an appearance in my team if Porter does poorly against NE. I may make a late sub for Kah if I find more confirmation on his travel. Most likely my target would be Jewsbury.

Midfielders

Took a -4 to get things sorted out here. I dropper Dempsey because of the bye and Davis because if lack of production. I added in MPG mostly because of the conversations I had in Live Chat at MLS Fantasy Boss and Nguyen because I believe that new England will have a strong showing at home and last week was just his warm up after being injured. Doody is being used for my switcheroo.

Forwards

Oba is out due to the bye and Wondo is in because I really like his chance at continuing his scoring at home during his first game in a new stadium.

Captain

I feel so hopeful about Wondo that I’m making him my captain this week…so don’t let me down!

That’s the MLS Fantasy Boss Round 3 Team. How does that compare to your team? If you have any questions about my team, or yours, I encourage you to post at /r/FantasyMLS or use the FREE Live Chat just to the right of this post. Posting pictures of your team is encouraged and most people are pretty good about giving constructive feedback.

Good Luck!

  1. Hi Dashdar

I like these articles, always good to see what someone in the know is doing! In future would you be able to include your points total for the previous GW and your current overall rank?
