MLS Fantasy Boss Round 10 Captain

It’s finally time for the first captain poll of the year. Don’t forget, the transfer deadline is Tuesday the 5th at 8:30pm EST so be sure to get all of your trades in and captain set by then.

Omar Gonzalez: Omar comes in number one in the captain poll this week and I can only assume it’s due to the hope that he comes away with two clean sheets. I think this is a bit of a long shot, but if there is any defender who can do it, this is the one. I just worry about the two hard games.

Sebastian Giovinco: I’m listing Gio as 2nd because he’s my number one pick this week, but came in third in the poll. I like the form that he is currently on, the energy I hope he gets from the home crowd, and the cross country travel chipping away at the already ailing Houston defense.

Bradley Wright-Phillips: He’s not even on the poll but let’s be honest with each other, do we really think NYCFC have a defense worth writing home about right now? My answer is no and I think BWP will be ready to bounce back and show who the best NY team is after a disappointing DGW.

Long Shot

Giles Barnes: He’s one of the few bright spots for Houston, but their form has just be SO….BAD!
