Draft Primer with Player Rankings: Forwards

Forwards

Drafting forwards for MLS Fantasy is a difficult task. Overinvesting in boom or bust players can be a huge risk but getting players that score more often than the rest can be a massive benefit. With the right players, you raise your team’s floor given that you must play at least one forward every week. Getting the wrong player could lower your floor if you pass on a consistent midfielder.

There are a few things to look for when drafting a forward. The quality of service they will be getting plays a huge part in their success. You also want to see what competition is around them that could push compete for minutes. If a player is on a solid team with little competition, their value will increase.
