You’ve read all the advice from the MLS Experts, you’ve chatted with other managers here at MLS Fantasy Boss, and you lurked around /r/FantasyMLS to get a heads up on all new developments. Now it’s time to sit back and relax and enjoy!
I finished Round 2 with 80 points. Normally I would feel pretty good about that, but with several underwhelming performances from my layers, I was left feeling disappointed and full of #FantasySorrows. I’m not going to let that shake me for Round 3 though. I have a plan and I’m sticking with that and just making minor adjustments to me team.
Here is the MLS Fantasy Boss Round 2 Team. Go #TeamBoss!
MLS Fantasy Boss 2016 Round 2 Team
Keepers
While I don’t think Drogba will go off against Dallas I do like the DC matchup against Colorado better so it Worra in the goal and Gonzalez on the bench.
Defenders
My 1 trade this week was to drop Goodson and bring in Brinbaum. While SJ has been strong, I’m not sure they can keep a clean sheet against LA and as I mentioned before I like the DC v COL match.
Midfielders
No changes here but Ivanschitz is on his last chance for me. If he does not do well, he’s a prime target for being replaced by a DGW player next week.
Forwards
I thought long and hard about bringing in Larin for this week, but it just did not mix with my DGW plans and WC timing.
Switcheroo
I’m going for a switcheroo on defense this week. I’m starting Washington so I can see how Vincent does against Columbus. If he plays poorly, I’ll still have plenty of time to manually sub in Parker for his game against Seattle. If he does well, then it’s Auto Sub BABY!
Captain
Giving it to Villa to see if he can tear apart the Orlando defense this week!
That’s the MLS Fantasy Boss 2016 Round 3 Team. No don’t go changing your team to be exactly like mine, because there are a lot of viable players and strategies. How does that compare to your team? If you have any questions about my team, or yours, I encourage you to post at /r/FantasyMLS or use the FREE Live Chat just to the right of this post. Posting pictures of your team is encouraged and most people are pretty good about giving constructive feedback.
