Don’t forget to vote in the MLS Fantasy Boss Round 4 Captain poll!
Octavio Rivero: After scoring three goals in three games, it’s hard to no want Rivero as your captain this round and it’s no surprise that he is dominating the poll this week. These Cascadia matches are always fun and usually full of goals. So he has a great chance to extend he streak to four in four.
Javier Morales: After a bye round in Week two, Jorales is back and playing a home game against a weakened Toronto team. I thought his vote total would have been a little closer to Rivero’s in the poll, but those goals are tempting. Jorales has as goal and assist of his own, and I see this form carrying forward today.
Perdo Morales: Just like Rivero, Porales is getting ready for a big Cascadia game where he should be presented with many opportunities for goals and assists. However, his run of form is not as great as Rivero’s and Portland does have a formidable midfield. Many would place him as a number one pick, but this tough match drops him down to a three for me.
Long Shot
Chris Wondolowski: He did not explode like many hoped last week, but today Wondo is going up against a questionable New England team. With Jones back, you have to wonder if he will help organize their defense, but he’s unlikely to play the full 90 so you just have to hope that Wondo will find one of his goal scoring spurts.
