MLS Fantasy Boss A Fantasy MLS Community
The MLS Fantasy Boss Promotion & Relegation league was founded in 2022 as an attempt to bring Pro/Rel to the fantasy game. Our Pro/Rel league has evolved over the years, but interest has remained strong! Below is some information about our structure, how to join, and the current teams in the league.
Our Pro/Rel League Structure
The MLSFB Pro/Rel League is divided into four divisions. The Champions League, Veterans League, Home Grown League, and Discovery League. Players within these leagues battle for top spots to earn promotion into the next tier and avoid relegation into the league below.
- Champions League – 30 Teams.
- Top 3 get prizes & bottom 5 get relegated
- Veterans League
- Top 5 get promoted & bottom 10 get relegated
- Home Grown League
- Top 10 get promoted & bottom 15 get relegated
- Discovery League
- Top 15 get promoted
How to Join the League
If you are already in the Pro/Rel league, then you are automatically eligible to renew your spot at the start of the new fantasy season. You will receive and email or a Discord message with the details to join your league. We may give claimed spots to another player if they are claimed within the timeframe in the invite email.
Every year spots open up. This could be due to players declining/not promptly claiming their invitation, not longer playing the game, or a lack of accurate contact information. When spots open up, priority is given to Patreon supporters of the MLS Fantasy Insider podcast. This is just one of the ways that we thank our members for the support they provide to our fantasy project.
Please not that participation is not guaranteed and we make every effort to contact players to confirm they want to return before replacing them with a new team.
