This week’s post is a quick one. The table below shows how many bonus points each team concedes. Overall DC concedes the most and SKC concedes the fewest bonus points. You can sort the columns by clicking on the arrows in the column header.
Team | Games | Avg BP | Defensive | Offensive |
---|---|---|---|---|
ATL | 9 | 14.4 | 9.4 | 5 |
CHI | 9 | 14 | 7.7 | 6.3 |
CLB | 10 | 14 | 8.1 | 5.9 |
COL | 8 | 13.1 | 9 | 4.1 |
DAL | 8 | 14.5 | 8.5 | 6 |
DC | 9 | 18.4 | 11.1 | 7.3 |
HOU | 9 | 17.9 | 10.2 | 7.7 |
LA | 9 | 14.2 | 8.6 | 5.7 |
MIN | 10 | 17.5 | 10.2 | 7.3 |
MTL | 9 | 16 | 9 | 7 |
NE | 10 | 18.1 | 9.2 | 8.9 |
NYC | 9 | 13.2 | 9 | 4.2 |
NYR | 11 | 16.9 | 12.8 | 4.1 |
ORL | 9 | 15.2 | 8.8 | 6.4 |
PHI | 9 | 13.8 | 9 | 4.8 |
POR | 10 | 14.3 | 7.9 | 6.4 |
RSL | 10 | 14.7 | 10.5 | 4.2 |
SEA | 9 | 16.3 | 11.7 | 4.7 |
SJ | 10 | 15.1 | 11.8 | 3.3 |
SKC | 10 | 12.9 | 9.3 | 3.6 |
TOR | 10 | 17.1 | 11.1 | 6 |
VAN | 9 | 15.3 | 8.2 | 7.1 |
This information should be used as a tie-breaker when deciding between two players. If you think both Chicago and San Jose get shut out, you can see that San Jose concedes more defensive bonus points so you should pick the player against them. Similarly, if you think both New England and RSL will concede goals, you should consider the guy playing against New England since they concede more than 4 more attacking bonus points per game.
Do you have the BPs sorted by DEF & MID? Would be interested in which teams allowed more Offensive BPs by DEF players as well as defensive BPs for MIDs
Even though the data might get to the too small of sample size.
Also….BPs for home teams?
Those are all things I wanted to wait a couple more weeks on to get a larger sample size.
