You’ve read all the advice from the MLS Experts, you’ve chatted with other managers here at MLS Fantasy Boss, and you lurked around /r/FantasyMLS to get a heads up on all new developments. Now it’s time to sit back and relax and enjoy!
Again, I only had an above average showing in Round 3 and earned 55 points dropping to a palindromic rank of 1,881. My biggest disappointment came from my midfield, which is where I took some risks. Nguyen and MPG just did not perform like I hopes at all. Ishizaki did not get a goal or assist, but I’m actually OK with a score of 5. With the continued number of clean sheets, I’m planning to start moving some money to my defense, but I also want to start getting setup for the DGW in Round 6. I’ll be honest, the wild card was tempting this round, and it may have been he best choice, but I really want to save it for later.
Here is my MLS Fantasy Boss Round 4 Team. Go #TeamBoss!
MLS Fantasy Boss Round 4 Team
Keepers
If I could get a button that says “I like Deric,” then I think I would be set. I don’t plan to consider a change before the updoming DGW.
Defenders
More bad luck for the #TeamBoss defense. I had to take an additional -4 last week because Kah did not travel. I brought in Jewsbury and it looks like he is not going to play due to a concussion. Combine that with Ramos being called up and I was forced to take another -8 so I could field a full team. At first I thought that Peay might play and I could get by with just a -4, but that looks unlikely so I made the best of this predicament and brought in Grana so I could have him for the DGW. My other add was Burling. With Houston struggling to score, and some key players called up, I think COlorado has a shot at another clean sheet.
Midfielders
I knew I wanted to bring in Jorales in this week, so the only question I had was which of my under performing midfielders, MPG or Nguyen, from last week do I drop? After a lot of back and forth, I decided to keep MPG for three reasons. 1) it frees up some more money to move to my defense, 2) his offensive bonus point potential is greater that Nguyen’s, and 3) without the DGW in Round 7, I need to see a lot more from New England before I roll the dice on them again.
Forwards
I made this transfer early and easily Keane-> Rivero. I like the chance for him to get more goals during the match against Portland. I am also playing Bdji with the hope that he comes off the bench for a point or two.
Captain
Going with Jorales because I have high hopes that he will continue his scoring streak against Toronto.

Good Luck!
First off, apologies that I accidentally rated your article 4.4 stars. I didn’t realize that just clicking in the middle of the fifth star wouldn’t highlight it all the way, ha ha. My bad.
This could be a rough week for you with the defender shuffle. But it looks like you have 11 starters on there so you shouldn’t have to worry about your bench at all.
Bold pick with Jorales. Given your squad, I’d be more partial to Wondo. But Jorales against Toronto is a beast – can’t fault you there.
Good luck to you this week sir.
Ha, no worries.
Yeah I’m ready for a rough week, but I’m hoping this is enough to win my H2H league this week.
