At first glance, it’s obvious that Round 8 of the MLS Fantasy season promises just as much potential for chaos as it offers opportunity to move, and we’re totally here for it! We have so many variables to consider, like CCC rotation, possible weather delays and a whole bunch of away teams having more favorable matchups than the hosts do. This is the kind of round where you’ll want to adopt an “expect the unexpected” approach, and have a plan for when you’re absolutely certain you’ve got all your bases covered and #BecauseMLS still happens. Yup, we’re likely in for a particularly wild and bumpy ride this weekend, and this is precisely why I’ve been searching Facebook Marketplace since Monday for some used seat belts that can be MacGyvered onto my matchday furniture for that false sense of safety I expect I’ll be needing.
